Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select your reason for return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the case in its original protective sleeve and box to prevent damage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
